This new neighborhood of single family homes comes with a surprising natural feature that is unique in it’s location.  Three large spring-fed ponds create the basis for this beautiful neighborhood park that Blu Fish Collaborative was very happy to design.  Nearly two miles of trails weave around and in between these ponds with resting points that allow one to sit and take in the beauty of the scene.  Gathering places are sprinkled through out the park to give residents in any part of the neighborhood easy access to special places to come together.  These areas include a custom pavilion with grills, picnic area and washer pits all within close walking distance of the neighborhood pool and amenity center.  Other areas in the park are a large playscape, play fields, restroom building, and a deck that spans the connecting creek which winds through the length of the park.
