Mike is a bit of a weekend warrior, staying active through mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, and gym workouts. He also enjoys playing disc golf or hitting the links with friends. One of his favorite pastimes is walking the stunning nature trails and greenbelts of Austin with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs. When not adventuring, you can find him with Sarah, working around his home and property on the edge of the Texas Hill Country.  Regardless of the day, the situation, or the stress level, when you ask him how things are going, you’ll hear back “best day ever!”.

Mike’s passion for collaboration and creating inspiring spaces has been the hallmark of his professional career since 1994, which began in Toledo and Columbus, Ohio. His midwestern roots, grounded in the farms of western Ohio, are reflected in his work ethic, creativity, and positive energy. Mike brings these qualities to every project he undertakes. His expertise spans multifamily housing, pool design, K-12 and higher education campuses, and parks. He thrives in diverse professional environments, where he can contribute to projects that make a lasting impact on communities.
